Well 15.2 has been announced. I am not sure how you guys feel about it but I really like this workout. Overhead squat is a pretty demanding movement, and one that you may struggle with, but don't shy away from it. Some people run far and fast from there weaknesses, others face them dead on. Which ones do you think are more successful? When we sign up for CrossFit we have basically decided to take the road less travelled and to separate ourselves from the rest by doing extraordinary things. Take this as an opportunity to challenge yourself and become stronger not only physically but mentally as well. A few changes to the heats tomorrow0 Brandi I bumped you down one.
