20 Shuttle runs 
Coach'c choice dymanic- cow face, bottom squat prep 
3x 5 Wall balls, 5 Hand release push ups, 10 Lunges 

Strength 
A. Front Squat- Work to a 5RM 
B. Front squat 5x3 @90% of above every 2 min 
C. Pull ups 5 x AMRAP 

Conditioning 
21-15-9 
DB Thrusters 25/45
Burpees 

Recovery 
Easy walk 2 min 
5x 1 min plank 
Couch stretch 2 min per side
