Thursday December 18th 2014

Just a reminder that we will be doing the Hero WOD "Taylor" on Saturday at 9am.  We have decided to do a donation in his name to Kidsport.  Taylor was a talented hockey player and loved the sport, we think he would love to see underprivileged kids be able to participate in the sport as well. Please bring a donation Saturday morning. If you can not make the workout but would like to make a donation I will have a box set up all week and into the following week as well.
