Kids class will be starting up again this week! Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am ages 8-12. Tuesday and Thursdays at 4pm will be teens weightlifting! 

Prep 
Run 1 mile 
Squat prep 2 min per side 


Conditioning 
30 min AMRAP 
Min 1-10 Death by OH squat 
Min 11-20 Death by Front squat 
Min 21-30 Death by back squat 

Recovery 
Foam roll quads 
Couch stretch 2 min per side
