A few quick and dirty workouts this week.  Here is a nice long and hard workout for our Friday!

50 Walking lunges 
50 Push ups 
50 Double unders 
25 K2e
1 Rope Climb 
50 Box jumps
25 O.H Squats 
25 L- Pull ups / Ring Rows 
50 Sit ups
