January 8th 2012

Today's workout was a but kicker! A workout that we can all look foreword to doing again in the future.  Every few months it is great to repeat a workout to see how far we have come.  Here is where the importance of journaling comes in.  Get yourselves a nice little gym bag.  Put all your goodies in it. Here is what is in mine;

Just a reminder of how this workout works. With a continuous running clock complete as many reps as possible with one minute of each exercise.  Score is the lowest total amount of repetitions.
