Just a reminder that we will be having a little "see you again soon" bash for Forrest on Friday night.  We will start off with a fun little WOD and then maybe head out for dinner or some drinks if anyone is interested.

Shoulder mobility

Bench Press 3x5 * add 2.5 # from last week

20 Sumo Deadlift to high pull 
20 Push Jerk 
20 Overhead Squat 
20 Front Squat 

* Perform 4 burpees at the top of each minute 

Recovery 
Walk 400m 
Couch Stretch 2 min per side 
Leg up rig
