Friday WOD 

Practice Snatch for 15 Min.

A) 50 Toes to bar for time 
B) 50 Push ups for time
C) 50 Kettle bell swings for time 35/50
D) 50 Wall balls for time 14/20

Mobilize and stretch for 10 Min
