Snatch Balance--build up to as set of 5 as heavy as possible

Conditioning:
A.  Max Effort Pull Up/Ring Row
B.  Max Effort HSPU/Push up
C.  Max Effort Muscle Up/Ring Dip
D.  Row 1000m for time
