Prep:
Foam roll your sore parts
Run 400m or Row 500m
Strength:
10! Pistols/Push Ups (10, 9, 8, 7…and so on down to 1)
Conditioning:
50 double unders
40 pull ups
30 double unders
20 pull ups
10 double unders
For Foundations, triple the double unders for singles and do ring rows for pull ups.
