What a great day for a Tabata! 

WOD Tabata
Med ball cleans 
Sit ups
Pull ups 
Push ups 

4 min each of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off.  Score is the LOWEST number of reps completed for each exercise.  1 min rest betweeen rounds

Then;
5x5 Deadlift
