Ok, so don't shoot the messenger here, but we are doing 13.1 today.  I can't wait to see how much we've improved in the past 3 months.  So, here it is....

30 snatches 45/75#
30 burpees
30 snatches 75/135#
20 burpees
30 snatches 100/165#
10 burpees
as many snatches as possible at 120/210#
