Run 1 mile 
Bulletproof shoulders 

Strength 
10 min EMOM 
1 snatch balance + 2 overhead squats.

Conditioning 
10 min AMRAP 
1 power snatch with above weight 
1 muscle up/ CTB/ pull up 
2 power snatch 
2 M.U/ CTB/ pull up 
3 etc until time cap or failure 

Recovery 
Alexander shoulder stretch 
Low back stretches.
