Monday January 26th

We had an awesome turn out to the social WOD on Friday night! It was a tonne of fun and I can not wait until the next one.  We will be having a Paleo potluck on February 20th so save the date!

10 Box jump overs 
10 Wall balls 

Recovery 
3x 1 min on 1 min rest plank  
Couch stretch 2 min per side
