Saturday April 12

Jacey will be opening up the gym at 9 am tomorrow for a bit of a casual mobility session. Feel free to join in if you can. Next week will be back to normal for mobility. 

Prep
Run 1 Mille 
Bulletproof shoulder routine 
Go over Olympic lifts 

Strength
In 10min find a 1 RM snatch
In 10 min find a 1 RM clean and jerk 

Conditioning
Work on gymnastics skills for 20 min

Recovery
Stretch- a lot
