Run 1 mile

10 pass through's 
Sling shot squat- 1 min 
5 strict Burpees 

Strength
7x-1 Hang Squat cleans 
OR 
7x5 Med ball cleans 

Conditioning 
10 min EMOM 
1 hang squat clean at 80% of above+ 5 Burpees 
OR 
3 Med ball squat cleans + 5 Burpees 

Recovery 
Hamstring mobility
